Primary liposarcoma of the anterior mediastinum in a patient who underwent viral pneumonia

چکیده

Liposarcomas are malignant tumors of mesenchymal origin and one the most common human soft tissue sarcomas. Primary mediastinal liposarcomas, first mentioned in 1939, account for less than 1% all tumors, whereas primary liposarcomas approximately localizations. Mediastinal a heterogeneous group with different morphology, which often characterized by aggressive disease course leading to patient’s death. Differentiated liposarcoma, subtype anterior mediastinum, is low-grade tumor proliferation mature adipose mixed scattered atypical lipoblastic cells. In current article, we present clinical observation patient giant lymphosarcoma mediastinum who has undergone viral pneumonia. The long-term existence before treatment was peculiarity case. our opinion, this interest diagnosing determination approach patients orphan tumors.

This case describes the incidental finding and surgical removal of an 1.8-kg liposarcoma in the anterior mediastinum.
