Liposarcomas are malignant tumors of mesenchymal origin and one the most common human soft tissue sarcomas. Primary mediastinal liposarcomas, first mentioned in 1939, account for less than 1% all tumors, whereas primary liposarcomas approximately localizations. Mediastinal a heterogeneous group with different morphology, which often characterized by aggressive disease course leading to patient’s death. Differentiated liposarcoma, subtype anterior mediastinum, is low-grade tumor proliferation mature adipose mixed scattered atypical lipoblastic cells. In current article, we present clinical observation patient giant lymphosarcoma mediastinum who has undergone viral pneumonia.
